Southern California native, Jeff Tovar has been fascinated by uniquity and subculture since a child. Self-taught in every practiced medium of expression, someday he hopes to actually reach his fullest potential.

The purpose of this work is as simple as it is complex- "a curiosity of one's ever-changing view on himself, the world and the product of both combined- art."
